Criminal law

The Firm represents accused persons, private claimants and third parties affected by procedural measures such as seizures, confiscation or other measures affecting assets or rights.

Its work includes preventive advice, criminal defence, assistance to injured parties and representation at the various levels of the court system.

The Firm also handles international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters and proceedings involving cross-border elements.

Civil law

The Firm advises and represents clients in civil disputes, with particular experience in inheritance law and rights in rem.

Its work may concern the interpretation and performance of agreements, the protection of ownership and other rights in rem, and disputes between heirs or relating to the composition and division of estates.

Banking law

The Firm assists clients in disputes with banks, asset managers and other financial intermediaries.

Its work includes reviewing documents, assessing potential liability, conducting negotiations and representing clients before courts or arbitral tribunals.

Insurance law

The Firm advises and represents clients in disputes concerning insurance coverage, benefits, liability and relationships between insured persons, beneficiaries and insurers.

Its experience includes having represented a major insurance group in litigation in the Canton of Ticino.

Debt enforcement and bankruptcy law

The Firm handles debt collection, debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as interim and protective measures, including attachments and asset-freezing measures.

It also assists with the recognition and enforcement in Switzerland of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Administrative law

The Firm assists private and corporate clients in dealings with administrative authorities, with particular experience in immigration law.

Its work includes advice, representation in administrative proceedings and the drafting of objections and appeals.
