The Firm
GBLaw is the law firm founded by Gabriele Banfi, attorney-at-law, in Lugano in 2011. The firm assists private and corporate clients with advice and litigation, in Swiss proceedings and in matters with international elements.
The relationship with the client is direct and personal. Each engagement is assessed by defining its objectives, the available alternatives, the risks and the foreseeable financial implications, with due regard to confidentiality and transparency regarding the terms of the engagement.
Assistance is provided in Italian, German, French and English. Where required, the firm works with qualified correspondent lawyers and other professionals in Switzerland and abroad.
